About Brandon

Brandon is a native of Robertson County who graduated East Robertson High School in 1996. While attending Austin Peay State University, Brandon made the bold decision to pursue a career in construction. By 1999, he owned his own framing company called Faith Home Builders. He continued in construction while also obtaining his real estate license in the summer of 2001.

In 2009, while framing the Farmers Bank in Millersville, Brandon met Herb Lord, and in January 2010 he moved his license to Herb Lord Realtors (now known as Tennessee Realty Partners.) He continued to master his craft as a real estate agent and eventually became part-owner of Tennessee Realty Partners.

In the fall of 2016 Brandon and wife Tamara pursued a lifelong dream of opening a coffee shop to enhance community and growth in Robertson County. Historic Perk officially opened its doors in downtown historic Springfield on April 22, 2017.

Brandon enjoys working in, and serving the communities of Robertson and Sumner Counties with his wife Tamara and three children, Britton, Paityn, and Beckett. He is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, coffee connoisseur and has a passion for teaching cardio kickboxing classes at the YMCA, which he has done for the past 13 years.
