They were professional without being mechanical and personable without losing focus on what the ultimate goal was. They kept in touch every step of the process and even explored unconventional homes that I would not have thought about. I cannot say enough about how thorough and goal driven these people are. Brandon what can I say he did an excellent job. He explained everything about the process, see we’ve been in our home for over twenty five years and many things have changed since then. Brandon helped us with what needed to be done to our house so that it would present well. Arranged for a photographer so we would have professional photos on MLS. He even put up with my crazy stress levels. Answered all my text and phone call quickly. Never, not once, did he make us wait for and answer. Walked us through the closing process, which we wouldn’t be able to attend since we would have already moved out of state. Formal day of closing with the buyer he kept us in the loop. He helped me get a cash offer, no inspection sale at $15,000 over original asking price. Selling a home in the dead of winter is never easy, but Brandon and his team made it as pain-free as possible. He was upfront about everything we would need to do to get the best offer, given our budget. In the end, we got above our asking price and the sale went through within 70 days. Brandon was always there to answer any questions. I believe the longest I had to wait for a text response was 15 minutes! While my first time selling a home wasn’t the best experience, my experience with Brandon was certainly top notch! It felt like anything that could do wrong did go wrong - I had issues with my buyer, their bank, my 2nd buyer, their title company, coordination of dates, deposit issues – you name it and it went wrong (all things 120% out of Brandon’s control).

Through all of this, Brandon never failed to provide me with clear and confident guidance - even when on vacation! I trust his judgement and appreciate that not only was he willing to advocate for me and offer me solid advice, but he was also able to listen to me.

I want to add an extra note and say I was not always the easiest client to deal with – I’ll spare anyone reading my review the personal details – but I sold my house during a very difficult time in my life. With everything going on in my personal life, the smallest things with the house seemed like the biggest deal to me and unfortunately Brandon received the brunt of my anger, tears or whatever other insane emotion I was going through – to be honest – I treated him awful. Brandon never once lost his cool with me and always remained calm, acted with integrity, focused on the end goal and reminded me to take care of myself. Exactly the person you would want to represent you in a real estate deal.
