Brandon Ford

Brandon is a New York native from Bronx, born to Latin and Caribbean parents. At the start of his teens he, his mother, grandmother, relocated to Lake Mary Fl, in search of safer living. At the start of his 20's he packed up and moved to Miami solely to sell real estate and alleviate the financial stresses of his single mother. Now, currently residing in the Orlando area having served in this industry his entire professional life (17+ years), his singular pursuit in life remains the same: helping clients and community members improve the quality of their lives through real estate services and access to resources.

Brandon is a product of Christian education, having attended Christian institutions for elementary, middle and parts of high School. He received his Bachelor's in Business Management from Miami-Dade College and my real estate broker's license from Gold Coast Schools together with several certificates from intensive courses in sales, negotiations, and transaction management.

Throughout his career, Brandon has served in a variety of positions from licensed sales person for some of our industry's premier brokerages (Keller Williams, Douglas Elliman, Century 21) closing sales and leasing transactions to director of acquisitions for a North Miami-based real estate investment firm identifying real estate assets (identifying and managing purchases for residential/commercial real estate and mortgage notes) to assisting non-profit organizations in locating properties rental properties for immigrants fleeing war torn countries to Florida. Brandon has collaborated with asset managers at banks to execute short sales, short payoffs, and property valuations and he has worked with local government agencies (The Guardianship program of Dade County) for the purpose of liquidating certain real estate assets from their portfolio.

Aside from real estate, Brandon’s longest-standing passion is community service. When he lived in Miami, he and his church family (Tabernacle SDA Church) collaborated with local community and business leaders to plan and attend a variety of outreach events in the greater Miami areas including providing hot meals for the homeless neighbors and relief to low-income families in surrounding areas. Brandon has volunteered in numerous health fairs, food distribution, and school supply drive events and plan to attend many more here in Seminole County.
