Brandon Gill is a Nassau County, Florida native with strong ethics and an admirable moral upbringing. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. He currently resides in Amelia Island. Four generations of his family still live there as well! His community is extremely important to him. As a realtor and local business owner, he values being able to help others become a part of an amazing place that has given so much to him and his family throughout the years. Brandon has an impressive 17 years of experience in the real estate market. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), Amelia Island Association of Realtors (AINCAR), and Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR). He won AINCAR Realtor of the Year in 2010 as well as the AINCAR Sherry Stein Volunteer of the Year Award in 2008. Since then, he has been an integral part of the KW Agent Leadership Council for the past 9 years and was a Top Producer from 2006 – 2020. He specializes in all areas of real estate ranging from residential and condominiums to vacant land and investment properties. He has sold over $34 million in real estate in the last four years and looks forward to his continued success. Due to an overwhelming amount of growth, the Brandon Gill Team was born.
