Brandon Gouker

Brandon Gouker joined Madison Commercial Properties in 2017 with over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. In 2019 Brandon took over as one of three Managing Partners of the commercial office to lead the growth and development of the firm. Brandon specializes in representing investors and owner-users in the sale, leasing and acquisition of office, retail and mixed-use buildings throughout Colorado. Prior to joining Madison Commercial Properties, Brandon worked at the largest locally owned brokerage firm in Denver.
