Brandon is an Albany, Georgia native and a graduate of Valdosta State University. Brandon started out in real estate working for one of the largest national homebuilder firms, Lennar, where he learned a lot about Atlanta homebuilding. After one year, Brandon transitioned into the new home sales department. In his first four years, Brandon sold over 150 new home sales and contributed nearly $80 million in revenue. Right after Brandon married his best friend Kristen, he decided to prioritize his family and the terms of his career. Brandon took a leap of faith and went into the wild world of general real estate with Georgia’s most dominant realty firm, Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. This path has granted Brandon exposure to various investment strategies, real estate development, renovations, flipping homes, and a lot of sharp minds. In 2019, Brandon’s team founded Good Hand Properties for their investment branch.
