About Brandon M

In 2017, Brandon Brennick was appointed broker manger by Kentwood Real Estate for their Cherry Creek office. He had earned a reputation for recruiting, nurturing, and retaining brokers that embodied the Kentwood brand. “My colleagues hold themselves to the highest standards and remain committed to helping their clients, and each other, achieve their goals.”

Founded in 1981, Kentwood launched in the Denver Tech Center. Next, came the Cherry Creek office in 1998, and then a Downtown shingle a year later. 2018 brought expansion to Fort Collins. Kentwood is the exclusive Colorado affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway’s HomeServices of America. HomeServices companies are independent brands, not franchises. Kentwood has grown into an elite brokerage that caters not only to customers, but also agents, who are the most ethical, knowledgeable, and successful professionals in the industry. Critical to its success, Kentwood continues to be managed locally to leverage its considerable brand equity, community roots, and vast market insight.

Brandon is a second-generation Kentwood team member. He completed his degree in Advertising at CU Boulder and 20 years later has never worked for another brokerage. Renowned for his expertise in contracts and negotiations, he is consistently recognized as one of the top brokers in the nation with over $500 million in individual production. He has been recognized by the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® Roundtable of Excellence 20 years in a row and received the highly-esteemed MAESTRO Certification through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World in 2017. “I am especially proud of that accomplishment. It was very intense.” Brennick is also a significant contributor to RPAC-REALTOR® Political Action Committee and is on the Board of the Luxury Home Tour, which is a successful monthly tour of luxury homes in central Denver and the south suburbs.

Back when Brennick married his wife Kelly, and they had their children, Andrew and Piper, he quickly learned the meaning of accountability. “I felt 100% responsible for their success and happiness, and that changed my life profoundly.” When he became Broker Manager, the same thing happened. Suddenly, he had 70 agents turning to him for guidance. Brandon looked to leadership coach and author Mike Staver to validate his instincts. “I try to lead by example - be genuine, honest, and never compromise my integrity, especially for money. Luckily, I don’t have to send all of those agents to college, just Andrew and Piper.”
