Brandon is a great realtor. He is very professional and personable. He helped us understand the market conditions and together we developed a plan to sell a rental property we had. He brought us several full price offers right away and our property sold higher and more quickly than I expected. My wife and I changed our jobs and moved to another state very last minute, and Brandon Marin was the realtor we chose to sell our house. We have dealt with realtors before and it had never been this easy. Brandon has great communication skills and he included us at every step of the process. He was able to sell our house within the week! He was honest and responsible in regards to our needs, and we trusted him to work to get us the best offer. He was always available to answer questions that we had and he was very prompt. While the house was on the market we were able to see, via the technology that he uses, how many people viewed our house online and other information to track the progress of the sale. During this process, our move-out date changed, and while the other realtor didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation, our realtor walked them through the process and saved the deal. I would recommend Brandon to anyone who wants a trustworthy and honest realtor who will work hard for his clients. Our house was sold quickly and painlessly, and we didn’t lose any money. Our real estate agent, Brandon Marin, was absolutely terrific. He is friendly and very professional. Throughout the whole process he kept us informed at every turn, he represented us well to the seller and his representative, and even contacted the home owner's association for us about a matter on the outside of the town home. Our sale was a small one, so I'm sure his commission on our sale was minimal - yet he worked as hard for us as if we were buying something much more expensive. Letter of Referral To whom it may concern, Brandon Marin with Only Way Realty’s commitment and work ethic were exceptional. I was in the process of selling my house from out of state and after my previous realtor abandoned the sale of my house without notification. Brandon came in and helped get my house back on the market right away, helped prep the house for showings and within a week had a great offer on the table for the sale of my house. He further continued to impress me buy helping me navigate the almost endless hurdles we encountered though a series of bank errors and miscommunications associated with my mortgage. He took great initiative with interacting with the bank, closing lawyer and seller’s agent. His local contacts also help me get issues resolved from the inspection of the house quickly and affordably. Through this process of selling from out of state I never had to worry about the inconvenience of taking time off work to return to the state.
