About Brandon

Brandon Meneses entered the world of real estate at 17 years old. From the moment he began working in the industry, he exceeded the expectations of those around him including his then mentor, Jonathan Alexander, CEO, and owner of the top team The J Alexander Group. Brandon became licensed as a realtor when he was 18 years old after having worked in operations and helped lead the entire team (assisting in reviewing financial statements, handling company funds, writing and creating contracts). He was honored as Best Spirit of 2018 and closed $1.2 million in one month at 19 years old. By the time he was twenty-two, he had already closed forty deals total from both coasts. At an age when most are beginning to enter the real world, Brandon was already demonstrating to be far ahead of those his age by accumulating sales in notable cities such as Beverly Hills and Miami.

Ending the last quarter of 2020 with just under $6 million in sales, the future could not be brighter for him. For his enthusiasm and drive, Brandon was awarded Top Agent of the Month of February in 2019 after closing half of the team’s deals. In his time as an agent, Brandon has gained an outstanding reputation for having a consistent record of clients getting the best deals, providing stellar concierge services, extensive local market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills. He oversees properties at a wide array of price ranges, is well-versed in English and Spanish, and is prepared to help his clients make a smart investment and choose the home best-suited to their needs. Brandon specializes in two of the country’s largest real estate meccas - South Florida and Los Angeles. Licensed in both Florida and California, Brandon focuses his work on Beverly Hills, Bel Air, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Miami, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. Aside from real estate, Brandon finds strength in his daily gratitude and meditation practices.

A loving soul at heart, he keeps a daily journal on love, growth, and gratitude. Brandon’s discipline also carries over to his approach to health and fitness—he rarely misses a morning workout. In his free time, Brandon enjoys traveling the globe and supporting Toys for Tots in South Florida.
