My husband & I worked with Brandon to find our first home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us through this process!

Brandon quickly established trust by showing up to properties early to check out what was recently updated, what would need updating, and where flippers had cut corners. He did video walkthroughs with us while we were out of state. Answered our many, many questions with kindness. Was responsive & patient. And honestly was just fun to work with.

We couldn’t be more excited about where we landed and would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell their home work with Brandon!

When we walked through our new house on closing day to find the previous owners had left it a mess and I was in tears he quickly had someone on the phone that could come clean it that day! We bought a home in Wilmington with Brandon Murray and had a phenomenal experience. we began by viewing some properties north of the city but weren't finding what we were looking for. After listening to our reactions to the houses, Brandon suggested we widen our search to include the city. Within a day we were visiting several houses that fit our criteria perfectly. With Brandon's guidance we were able to find the perfect house for us and couldn't be happier with our decision. Brandon is kind, easy to work with, responsive, and knows the area and market extremely well.

Brandon Murray is truly, an exceptional realtor. The amount of time and effort, he and the team, put into our journey, was unbelievable.
You’ve heard before, “It takes a village” and that is exactly what you get while working with Moran & Murray. Brandon lead the way, the stage crew transformed the home we were selling, took amazing pictures and even provided top mortgage broker recommendations that were just as accommodating to work with.
The thought of buying and selling a home during a pandemic, was very scary, until we connected with Brandon. There were times of personal stress, but Brandon’s patience, constant communication, professionalism and knowledge, always shined and never left us doubting if we’d ever find our home. Brandon worked closely with us to ensure we narrowed down a specific likes/wants/needs list to buy our new home. He always made himself available for showings, provided detailed insight on properties, neighborhoods and never discouraged us from seeing homes that we thought looked good online, even if he knew, it may not be the one for us, per our list.
Without any hesitation, Brandon helped us remediate an unforeseen crisis at the house we were selling, he acted quickly , allowing us to proceed, business as usual, in a timely manner.
