Brandon Neff was born and raised in Tyler, Texas but as an adult has lived in Austin, Dallas, and has since set down roots in the Houston area in 2014. He has a strong background in construction, project management and real estate. His passion for the North Houston communities is shown in his specialized knowledge for all of the local amenities in this area.
"I love showing my clients all of the small town amenities that are in this area whether its Tejas Chocolate and BBQ in Old Town Tomball, Lone Pint Brewery in Magnolia or shopping at the high end shops in The Woodlands, and then being able to find them the home of their dreams not only minutes away from these amenities but also close enough the highway to get wherever they need to go". He has spent his spare time exploring these neighborhoods and researching how he can best help his clients find the perfect neighborhood to match their lifestyle and needs.
Brandon has worked in industries related to Real Estate for the past ten years, first working as an Operations Manager in a Surveying company and as a Project Manager for multiple Commercial Real Estate Development companies. During this time he learned about the importance of working with title companies, how an accurate and timely survey facilitates a smooth closing , what good quality construction really looks like, and how to negotiate contracts for large sums of money while maintaining a lasting relationship with all parties. When the opportunity arose to get his Real Estate License in 2020, he decided it was the perfect way to leverage all of that knowledge to help those that may need a new home or are considering selling their current home.
Brandon and his family live in a completely remodeled home originally built in 1955 in Old Town Tomball, it was a terrific find in their chosen neighborhood. They have two dogs and love riding their bikes to local businesses and the Farmers market on the weekends. When they aren't hanging around Tomball they are up in the Woodlands where they love to explore all of the parks, dining options, and high end shops with his family as well.
