Brandon has been so patient working with my husband and I throughout our buying process. Originally, we were pre-approved in 2021, but we sat on the sidelines. When I realized housing was getting worse and the DFA program launched, I reached out to Brandon and got pre-approved in 2023. Brandon has just been awesome! There was no pressure to do this or that, but he educated me whenever I have questions. He always texted me back and was flexible. I'm so glad Schools First referred Brandon to me. I've learned alot and as a first time homebuyer, it was nice to know you have an agent who understands what you're going through. I appreciate everything Brandon has done for us! Whether it was reaching out to title or the lender, he wanted to make sure we got an answer. Thanks for all you do! You ROCK!

Brandon was amazing! Got his contact details from a for sale sign and he responded within a few minutes, asked what we needed and sent us a link with a list of properties. We were visiting at the time so we didn’t do much and we never met physically.

Reached out to him when we went back to LA and asked him how this was going to work due to distance. He explained that we could do video calls and provided viewing timelines.

When we found a property we liked, he scheduled a video call for the viewing and the process began and the distance was not a hindrance during the entire process. He responded very well, answered questions, was available and advised us when needed. He is very professional and we would recommend him in an instant.

Brandon did a fantastic job finding homes for my husband and I that met our needs and our budget. He was always very quick to respond and always kept our interests a priority. He was able to get the seller to agree to all repairs and negotiated seller credit that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
