Raised in a real estate family in Metro Detroit, Brandon Schmidt attended Oakland University’s marketing and communications program. Beginning his career in 2000 at RE/MAX Suburban in Sterling Heights, he served as a buyer’s agent for his father. After his father’s retirement, Brandon’s twin brother, Brett, joined the team which created the next generation focusing on offering clients a collaborative and personalized service they deserve. Both Brett & Brandon were awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, and Brandon was awarded RE/MAX's Lifetime Achievement award in 2019, a designation reserved for elite agents. He has also been the recipient of HOUR Detroit's Real Estate All Star Award for the last 10 years.

Brandon & Brett recently co-founded The Estate Group with Epique Realty and now lead a full time team of professionals. Brandon also works with Gemini Homes, a local custom home builder, with multiple communities in Macomb & Oakland Counties.

They serve territories from there hometown of Macomb County through Oakland County, where they both currently reside as well as Northern Wayne, Southern Lapeer & Southern St Clair Counties. Brandon and Brett are enthusiastic members of the community and enjoy being dads to their young daughters, golfing, the outdoors and showing clients the best that Metro Detroit has to offer!
