About Brandon
In the fall of 1996, Brandon founded the Steffen Group. Brandon's vision was to develop an auction company that specialized in major real estate auctions. He has used his leadership skills to direct the company into becoming a leader and pioneer in the auction industry. During the past decade, Brandon has built lasting relationships and affiliations with top brokerage firms, lending institutions, clients, and colleagues by guiding his sellers through the entire process from the beginning to a successful conclusion.
Brandon has sold nearly 100 million dollars worth of real estate. He is consistently sought after as the lead auctioneer on large commercial, industrial, and high end real estate auctions throughout the nation. In the last 12 months, he has been the lead auctioneer and broker on more than 100 major real estate transactions.
Currently, Brandon holds a Real Estate and Auctioneers License in numerous states and has the ability to obtain a license in any state.
Brandon is consistently changing and implementing new approaches and methods in selling properties. He has now successfully developed and entered into selling Commercial, Industrial, and Luxury Residential Real Estate via online auctions. By setting high standards and being extremely committed to his clients, Brandon will continue to counsel and advise his client to achieve solid results.
