If you want a sassy, fun, no BS realtor, Brandy is your lady! She sold our house in 5 days! There were many nights she stayed up late to help us process documents faster. She worked around time frames that worked best for us while looking for a new home. She provided recommendations for services throughout our process, making our lives easier during an otherwise stressful time. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Absolutely THE BEST to work with. She is available all hours of the day. There wasn't a single time I couldn't get ahold of her. I wanted a house and she made it happen. I wanted to sell my house, she made it happen. Brandy has been the easiest person to work with. She really understands what her clients need. I will work with her again if I buy/sell in the future.

We had a very hard time with the seller. He was selling it on his own and wasn't really good at what he was doing. We also had an issue with out bank. Brandy stayed on top of everything until it was all said and signed. To be honest we were a bit difficult too. Brandy knows her stuff.

Mike Thomas hires sketchy realtors (Tamela!). Brandy is not one of them. If you must use Mike Thomas Realtors, ask for Brandy Beckstedt. She's honest, cares for her clients and, most importantly, is ethical.

Brandy was very patient with us. I went into our house hunt thinking I knew what I wanted. Brandy helped us figure out what the most important things where on our list and helped us found the best home in our price range. She also got us in touch with a loan officer, set up the inspection, all while holding our hand through the whole process. We are now happy first time home buyers with a great friend!
