First off I have to say Brandy is a genuine kind hearted soul. I have know Brandy for years,she is very caring and listens to all your needs and wants in a home. Getting ready to sell our first home.. started off with so many unknowns?! What renovations and updates should we do and at what point do we stop? How do we find trustworthy workers that will get things finished on time? How much do we list the house for?! Luckily.. we contacted Brandy!! Seeing her confidence and real estate knowledge immediately helped to put our minds at ease. Having her guidance on what things to do and not do were spot on! She even has a great reliable team in place - contractor, painters etc. that were able to come in and get the work done.. that was such a huge relief! Brandy helped us find our first home as brand new Tacoma transplants and made the process so smooth. She is a responsive communicator, exceptional guide during searching and showings, savvy negotiator, and her years of expertise made her able to roll with any weirdness the market had to offer. Brandy strikes the perfect balance of following clients’ lead but also steering the ship where expertise is needed. She is extremely responsive and ready to jump into gear to quickly set up showings or put an offer together. When my wife and I began looking for our first home during the craziness of 2021's market, we honestly had no idea where to begin or how to proceed. Finding Brandy while we still had months to learn and search was an absolute blessing, and in retrospect I don't know how we would have navigated everything without her.

When we first called Brandy, we told her we had narrowed down our search quite a bit... from California/Texas/Oregon/Washington to "just" the overall Seattle & Tacoma area. haha! So sorry, Brandy! She took this in stride and asked us questions to help us consider all the different areas to make sure we ended up somewhere we truly loved. Despite us informing her we were possibly ~6 months away from a home purchase, she stuck with us and took random calls all through spring and summer of 2021, usually offering to drive all over the Puget Sound to perform video tours for us while we were out of town. By the time we were finally ready to put in offers, with Brandy's help we had narrowed our search to a a few neighborhoods of the Tacoma and Kitsap area. It's truly amazing how much she helped us with this process.

Once the home-touring and "putting in offers" time began, Brandy just blew us away. Always on-call and working for us. Calling other agents and getting answers to questions at the drop of a hat. She was so prepared and it felt like we had the best weapon in the real estate market of 2021... Brandy Brazeau! :D

We ended up finding the perfect home, crafting a competitive offer, and getting a variety of credits due to Brandy's sharp eye and knowledge of old homes.

I often think back on one of the first conversations I had with Brandy when we first started working with her. While still getting to know her on the phone, we were venting to her that, with the crazy market, we had no idea whether we'd actually be able to find a home. She told us with impressive confidence, "This might sound like I'm being arrogant, but I want you to know that I'm extremely good at what I do, and if you both are truly looking for a home I WILL find you a home. THAT is something you need to keep in mind. We WILL find you a home."

I don't know if Brandy would want to share that with everyone, but there it is! :D Brandy is an extremely talented and hard-working real-estate agent, and during crazy and uncertain times, her confidence is stabilizing and helps her compete for you. If you decide to work with her, she will find you a home you love. Be ready for it!
