Best of the Best!! If you want someone that is dedicated to finding you the right home for the right price look no further! Brandy and her team did an amazing job helping us sell and buy at the same time. Not only did we close on two homes on the same day but we also got the right home for the right price. Brandy’s amazing marketing skills were clear from the start when she got us under contract in less than 2 weeks and for more then we were looking for. Her market analysis was spot on and she never steered us wrong. When it came time to buy she gave us no B.S answers and ensured we got a fair deal. She’s one hell of a negotiator!
Thanks again Brandy and your team for helping us sell and buy. We definitely couldn’t have dreamed of such a smooth process from start to finish.

We will come see you in the future when it’s time to do this all again. :)

Brandy Brown Is the BEST. Communication is stellar. Selling a home can be a difficult or frustrating experience, but Brandy helped us every step of the way. She is personally invested in helping you sell your home and making the process easy. Brandy was always on top of everything. She really knew her stuff and was always available for questions or discussion. She didn't just give me a list of things that needed to be done. Brandy Brown is the best realtor in Colorado Springs that any family can ask for. She has turned house shopping in a market that is not buyer friendly into a fun experience for us. Due to all of her hard work and expertise she has ensured that my family is able to buy our first home in a market where it didn’t always seem to be possible. Not only are we able to buy our first house but it’s a first house that we absolutely adore. We did not have to settle and just buy any house in this competitive market. Brandy was extremely helpful and patient while helping me shop for my first home. She was straight forward and honest about the homes we walked through and pointed out things I should look for while purchasing a house. The walk throughs came to a halt due to Covid-19 but we were able to get back to looking at houses with proper safety measures which obviously required a lot more work on her behalf. The market was quite competitive and had to place bids on a couple different homes but she did a great job of reassuring me, knowing that we would find the perfect place. I am still in the process of moving in, but I couldn't be more excited about the home Brandy helped me find. Thank you for being easy to work with while shopping for my first home!

We were referred to Brandi 2 years ago. We were making a military move from Florida, and were not able to come look at homes ourselves because of time and family constraints. The market in the Springs was out of control, and it was a scary situation. Brandi walked every home we wanted to see, made us videos of them all, went back as many times as needed, and treated us like family, before we ever even met her. After a long, and nerve wracking search, she snagged us a beautiful, brand new home, in exactly the area we wanted to be! Now 2 years later, she has again jumped in head first with some issues we have been struggling with on our own. As soon as I told her what was going, she jumped on it, and I am so relieved! I recommend her to everyone I know! She is so good at what she does, and I am so grateful for her!!!!
