About Brandy

As a fourth-generation Texas Spanish Mexican American, Brandy Wuensch was born and raised in Austin and became involved in real estate to help preserve and pass along what she loves about her native city. With 20 years of real estate experience under her belt, she has served on many committees at the local, state and national levels. She has also acquired several designations and certifications, including two from the following esteemed leadership programs: the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program. Her formal education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Wuensch understands everyone's story is unique and is passionate about advocating for homebuyers and sellers. She recognizes owning a home could mean something different to each individual and that truly matters when serving the community.

She has operated as the managing broker and sole owner of City View Realty Group for over 17 years and is passionate about helping consumers achieve the American Dream of owning and building generational wealth through real estate, especially first time home buyers. "I came from an impoverished family and it was a proud moment when I bought my first home. I have never forgot the feeling or the struggles it was for me to achieve that goal so it helps me to relate to my buyers going through their process, I feel so much joy when I help them receive their new home keys."

Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and her two young sons, Mason and Brayden. Her other hobbies and passions include family road trips, volunteering in the community, fitness training, cooking, wine tasting or enjoying a relaxing movie night at home with her family and their dog, Bear.

Six years ago Brandy helped us buy our very first home. She was so wonderful and so easy to work with, so we enlisted her help to sell that home and to help us buy our second home. We found a home we loved, but needed to get our home sold quickly. Brandy helped us get our home on the market, within a week, and got us an offer way above asking price within 48 hours of listing the home.
