About Brandy

As a 4th generation Texas Mexican American, Brandy Wuensch was born and raised in Austin and became involved in real estate to help preserve and pass along what she loves about her native city. With nearly 20 years of real estate experience under her belt, she has acquired several designations and certifications, including Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, GREEN Designation, Accredited Buyers Representative, and At Home With Diversity. Her formal education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

She has operated as the managing broker and sole owner of City View Realty Group for over 16 years and is passionate about helping consumers achieve the American Dream of owning and building generational wealth through real estate, especially first time home buyers. "I came from an impoverished family and it was a proud moment when I bought my first home. I have never forgot the feeling or the struggles it was for me to achieve that goal so it helps me to relate to my buyers going through their process, I feel so much joy when I help them receive their new home keys."

When not practicing real estate, she actively volunteers her time with several local organizations. Outside of working and volunteering, Wuensch enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and her two young sons, Mason and Brayden. Other hobbies and passions include fitness training, cooking, wine tasting and traveling.

Six years ago Brandy helped us buy our very first home. She was so wonderful and so easy to work with, so we enlisted her help to sell that home and to help us buy our second home. We found a home we loved, but needed to get our home sold quickly. Brandy helped us get our home on the market, within a week, and got us an offer way above asking price within 48 hours of listing the home. She again guided us in the right direction and made such a seemingly quick transaction smooth and stress less. Brandy is an amazing realtor, and an even better person. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend her for all your buying and selling needs.
