Brant was TIRELESS in his pursuit for my perfect apartment. He really understood exactly what I was looking for (and what I wasn't) and had infinite patience. He indulged my "what the heck, let's go see that one" adventures and patiently assisted with my "course corrections." Even when I decided to put my search on hold (as so many co-ops weren't interested in selling to me), he continued to return my calls and emails for market status, updates, and general advice. I strongly recommend Brant as a buyer's agent for first time buyers. He is extremely knowledgeable about the NYC real estate market and will take the time to educate his clients from the very first interaction. Brant worked tirelessly with me for a number of months in a very competitive market. We were frequently the first potential buyer to view apartments that met my criteria and often the first offer submitted. Seller agents continuously commented on how impressed they were with my offers, despite being a first time buyer, and it seemed like we were always the preferred buyer until an all cash offer came in to beat us. Brant couldn't have been more communicative or supportive during these negotiations. I am continuing to keep my eye on the market and when I do find my perfect slice of NYC, I know that I will want Brant as the advocate by my side.
