I could not be more pleased and excited about my recent purchase and transaction with Aria Zen Condos. Bre was amazing to work with/ timely, professional, flexible, thorough. I fell in love at first sight of my beautiful bright, modern 1 bdrm/studio corner layout and floor plan. The added attraction of a community garden for fresh veggies and a new Starbucks right next door is great too. Cannot wait to move in. I highly recommend Aria Zen Condos! Tracy

“The Zen team made the home buying experience so quick and simple! Bre was able to meet with me the same day I called, and 2 days later I was signing a contract! She is great to work with and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. She took me to my unit even while it was under construction, explained all the amenities and took me on a tour of the grounds. I'm so excited about the yoga studio, community garden and greenhouse! The location is also amazing, super close to downtown, parks, trails and highway. There is huge investment potential here! I also follow them on IG and love the building updates they continue to post to keep us informed, as well as the monthly construction email updates. I feel like I'm in really good hands with this team.

Bre is absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient with my husband and I when looking for our new home. We had a very specific idea as to what our next home was going to be and she never tried to lead us away from any of our needs and wants. This was by far the best experience I have ever had selling a home. I decided that it was time for me to downsize, and was so fortunate that I had Bre at my side for both the sale of my old home, and the purchase of my new townhouse! Bre is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the local market. She is very detailed and organized, and brought with her a ton of information and insight so we could price my home to sell quickly and for top dollar. She gave me expert tips on de-cluttering and staging, and had my home professionally photographed to highlight all the special features inside and out. My house sold in one weekend for $10,500 OVER asking price and with multiple offers! Bre made the very stressful process of selling/moving/buying so much easier than I expected. I'm certain that you won’t find a more helpful Realtor who is truly passionate about the needs of her clients. I highly recommend Bre - do yourself a favor and give her a call!
