Hello! I’m Breck Place, Salesperson/Realtor® with Perry Realty LLC in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.
I’m a West Virginia native, born and raised in Berkeley County, and I now call Morgan County home, where I live with my husband and son. Although I officially moved to Morgan County after marrying my husband in 2007, my roots here go back much further—this is also where my father’s family is from. That personal connection to the area, along with the years I’ve spent living and working here, gives me a genuine appreciation for the communities I’m fortunate to serve.
Before beginning my real estate career in 2022, I spent 17 years as an LPN. Nursing taught me the importance of listening, communicating, advocating for others, and being there for people during some of life’s biggest moments. When I decided it was time for a career change, real estate felt like a natural next chapter because it allowed me to continue doing what I have always loved most—helping people.
Today, I have the privilege of helping clients navigate another one of life’s biggest milestones: buying or selling a home. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, preparing to sell a longtime family home, searching for a second home or weekend getaway, or looking for an income-producing property such as an Airbnb, I’m committed to being by your side from the first conversation through the closing table.
When I’m not in the office, showing properties, or taking care of all the things that come with real estate, you’ll likely find me cheering on my son or my nieces and nephews at one of their sporting events, spending time with family and friends who have become family, or sitting in a church pew with my husband and son on Sunday morning.
For me, real estate is about much more than properties and transactions—it’s about people, relationships, and finding the right PLACE to call home.
