I am a licensed real estate broker with nearly ten years of experience. The first five years of my career were dedicated to working with first-time homebuyers and aging seniors, leveraging my nursing background to provide specialized care. At the five-year mark, I developed a Senior Transitions Program to assist clients in selling their homes while also coordinating any services they might need to ease the process. Based on their specific needs and health conditions, I research and identify appropriate communities and assist with the transition, ensuring a seamless experience. This hands-on, systematic approach has consistently been met with gratitude from both clients and their families.
Three years ago, I expanded my expertise into commercial real estate, which naturally led to my involvement in development projects. In addition to helping others, my husband and I have flipped several properties, overseeing the entire process from acquisition to completion. I am deeply passionate about real estate and continually strive to expand my knowledge and expertise in this dynamic field.
