Breeana Arellano-Krueger

Breeana has been in the real estate industry for eight years. She started her career as a transaction coordinator and has worked through various positions learning the intricacies of the entire real estate process. She is motivated through learning and by facing and conquering challenges. Breeana is known for her great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved in a transaction. She knows what it takes to successfully close a transaction and will make your buying or selling experience positive and seamless. As a strong communicator, her clients appreciate that she listens closely to their concerns and represents their interests throughout the entire transaction.

As a San Diego native, she knows the city inside and out. She is also a self-confessed "people person" and takes pride in building strong and lasting relationships, both personally and professionally. She is extremely grateful that many of her clients and colleagues turn into lifelong friends.

Before her involvement in real estate, Breeana founded and ran two of her own businesses. The first was a nanny placement agency and the second was a catering company. Her love for food and healthy cooking is a passion she continues with today and you'll often find her at farmer’s markets supporting local merchants. In addition to healthy eating, she enjoys an active lifestyle by surfing, practicing yoga and running. Her compassion led her to adopt two rescue dogs that join her active lifestyle and accompany her for walks on the beach.
