Brenda Arcari is a highly professional broker that knows the areas around Crystal Lake and what the different areas have to offer her buyers. I really could not have expected to have met a nicer, friendly broker. Brenda listens well and will bend over backwards to assure her clients find the home they need. Within moments of speaking with her I could tell that she was a true professional and that she has the connections in the area as well as the tools to make the buying process go more smoothly. Brenda truly rocks and I wish I could give her more than five stars!

Going into this competitive market as a first-time homebuyer was scary, but my husband and I always felt that we could trust our Agent: Brenda. She kept us informed of the process every step of the way and she was patient with our many questions. Brenda was very responsive and could book a showing as fast as I could send her the address of the next home we wanted to view. This really helped us get into our favorite properties quickly! There were several properties that my family also wanted to view, and Brenda was generous with her time and would tour it again later that day for them.

We found her expert advice to be invaluable, and we appreciated that she gave us various perspectives and ideas. Brenda understood our wants and needs and kept our priorities and, most importantly, our budget in mind. My husband and I quickly learned that we had access to her amazing team and indispensable resources as well. We had a great team of lawyers that made the process easy to understand and to follow.

We love that Brenda was always motivating us and pumping us up for the next home to see and she helped us fight for the one that stole our hearts. Brenda stopped at nothing to give my husband and I the best home buying experience and in the end, she found our perfect home.

Even with the market chaos, Brenda made our buying experience much less stressful. She was always responsive, took time to understand our search and explain the process, and was flexible so we could quickly move on opportunities that interested us. She supported our decisions but shared invaluable perspective along the way. She’s also a lot of fun to work with LOL. As first-time homebuyers, we couldn’t recommend her enough!

I recently used Brenda to list my parents' home. I HIGHLY recommend her! She did an amazing job! She helped make sure the home was ready to put on the market, explained the process in detail, was available to answer my (many) questions, and sold their house in just a couple days. Brenda Acari was always attentive to our needs as they changed during our property search, until we found the "perfect" place. She continues to help with our settling in to the new community, recommending physicians, dentists, and contractors as we have needed them. Brenda started by taking the time to talk to me when I walked into her office to see if she could find an agent in another state, which she did! She is extremely patient and thorough throughout the house selling process. She explained the steps well. Her efforts during this particularly difficult time of the COVID pandemic were much appreciated. I appreciate all she did to get my house sold. Lots of energy and very friendly! It is nice to have people like her do the realtor job as it is a very intense time for the seller.

Brenda was the perfect realtor for me and my fiancé. She is the type of person that would show up anywhere you needed her within 15 minutes and bring her positive attitude and good insight with her. She worked late nights and every weekend we needed her without ever once saying no! Her relaxed attitude and no pressure days of touring houses hours apart are both amazing attributes of a realtor. We were so impressed not only throughout our whole journey of searching but even how she would check in after she helped us find our dream home. All of her recommendations for her colleagues also worked out well and we felt she truly cared about us and our finances. Needless to say she is truly an empathic person and sincerely wants everyone to find their dream home where they’ll be happiest. Once we found our place Brenda knew just as we did that we found “the one” and she totally shared the same enthusiasm as us. It’s nice to have gained not only a realtor but a good friend along the way!

Brenda help me find the perfect house for my son and I in 2018. She is dedicated to helping anyone find their dream home.

Her organization skills, time management, compassion and eagerness to help find the right home shines through. She listens to what your looking for and helps in anyway possible to stay alert on new listings.

I loved that although I’m super busy being a single parent with a son who is in many sports, swimming and cub scouts she made my time out looking at houses worth it by setting up several “go-sees” back to back on my free day.

Besides her being awesome she is very thorough when doing the house searches and even gives you AWESOME ideas with decor when talking through the house which I never thought to do myself. I am currently going through changes in my house with her decor ideas and I am so pleased!

I would recommend her to anyone looking to find their next home!!
