Brenda was absolutely amazing, nothing short of perfect, would always be on top of any properties I wanted to check out, always would be available for any questions I had ( text, call, email), remarkably knowledgeable of the market. It’s easy to tell she is incredibly good at what she does just after a few conversations with her, I would recommend her to any of my friends or family in purchasing a home without hesitation!

I would say I worked with Brenda, but in reality she did all the work, and I did all the complaining. I had never seen that level of patience, professionalism, and integrity in a single person. If she was any better, she would be a saint. Her ethics combined with her breadth of knowledge are rare and invaluable. You can be sure you are getting the best deal and the best help. Bonus points: amazing sense of humor.

Brenda Gunderson is an awesome real estate agent! She helped me purchase a home in Salem and I couldn't be any more pleased with her dedication and service. She made sure that all the details were taken care of and that any potential issues with buying an old house were addressed. She is open and friendly and "held" my hand through the process. Buying a house can be a lot of work. Buying a house in Oregon when you live on the east coast is even more work.

Brenda goes above and beyond and she’s very skilled. I recently sold a rental property as an out of state seller and she handled all the obstacles incredibly well. I have had the opportunity to work with Brenda Gunderson as both a buyer and a seller. Buying a property in Portland can be challenging to say the least! I really appreciated Brenda’s patience and guidance as I made offers on 6 houses before I found the right house for me. I had decided that I wanted to buy a house that needed a little fixing up. When I found a perfect home to be sold in “as-is” condition, Brenda was really great at negotiating with the seller to get the sales price below the asking price – I was delighted and impressed!

Like all homeowners selling a house, I wanted to get the best offer possible. My home needed a bit of updating both inside and out. Brenda helped me identify ways to improve my homes appearance and appeal before I put it on the market. With her help, I was able to sell my home for more than I expected when I started the process!
