Brenda Hayden is a long-time resident of Charlotte; finding her way here via Boston Massachusetts where she grew up after relocating from Florida. She is no stranger to change or relocation and is well suited to assist in your relocation needs.
Brenda is married to James Hayden, Sr. and they are the proud parents of two; Yazmine and Dorian. Since settling into Charlotte, Brenda has explored several careers; including insurance and credit finance but Real Estate is her true passion.
Brenda has been a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association since 2001, former member of National Association of Real Estate Brokers for 8 years, and National Association of Realtors since 2001, and Neighborworks Certified Housing Counselor for 7 years, Certified Workforce Housing Specialist.
Brenda serves on several committees within the Charlotte and Realtor Community; CRRA Fair and Affordable Housing Advisory Group, Realtor Care Day committee for 3 years, Appointee to the City of Charlotte Community Relations Committee, she currently serves on the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association Board of Directors and Homes 4 NC Board of Directors
Brenda received her MBA from Queens University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Brenda is licensed and practices real estate in North and South Carolina, when she is not working Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and hiking.
