I recently bought a Condo and sold one in the same neighborhood. Brenda Landers of FINE Properties was my realtor for both Condos. She made the process go as smoothly as possible for both units. I couldn't believe how easy she made these sales go well for me and she kept the process moving at a quick and easy pace.

Although i had some experience with buying and selling property I found that leaving it in the hands of a professional the easiest and less stressful way to go. I knew Brenda and had worked with her when we sold my aging mothers home. You cannot ask for a more knowledgeable realtor. Growing up in Bradenton she knew the area very well and was able to get the best price possible, both buying and selling. She most definitively does her homework and is always accessible. i have now used her on several purchases and will use her again!
