Brenda is an amazing real estate agent! She was very professional, responsive to all my calls and questions and had in-depth knowledge about real estate. She respected what I wanted and worked with me to attain that. She provided outstanding service.
Having worked with more than one real estate agent, I can confidently say that she has been my favorite by far. She also went above and beyond in returning to my property multiple times per my request and even forwarded my mail because I no longer lived in the area.
It’s rare to find someone who is not only excellent at what they do but also genuinely kind and thoughtful. She was also always available and picked up the phone when I would call. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a smart and professional real estate agent by their side. She is a great real estate agent for those that are long distance as well!!

Helping us find a new home - Brenda knocked it out of the park. We were looking to upgrade to our first single family (with kids in the picture now) and with the way the market was earlier this year, we weren't sure how things would turn out. After working with Brenda, any concerns we had were quickly put at ease. She made sure to listen to our needs and could not have been more willing to help us look at potential homes across a large area spanning multiple towns in both Frederick and Washington Counties. She always went out of her way to meet us and work around our schedule, was patient, and really cared about finding us the home we truly wanted. She was not afraid to go to bat on the price for us, and we ended up settling exactly in the $ range we were hoping. Most of all, she is a wonderful, caring person, and genuinely wants you to be happy in the home that you find.

Brenda has been a phenomenal Broker. We bought a house through her in 2020. It was at the beginning of the pandemic. My wife and I were living in Texas, and neither of us were allowed to travel to Maryland due to travel restrictions. We had to shop for a new house totally virtually, which was initially very nerve wracking. Brenda was so helpful. She went the extra mile to give us tours virtually. It was our first home purchase. She was upfront and honest with us when helping us decide which houses would fit our budget/preferences/etc. Our neighbors still tell us how lucky we are to have bought the house we got (price, location, size, etc.). To this day (3 years later), she still checks in on us and even brought us a pie for Thanksgiving! If you are looking for help when purchasing/selling a home, definitely consider Brenda!
