Brenda Simpson

Brenda is a North Carolina native, has been in the Triangle since 1999, and has been selling Real Estate since 2003. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Carolina University and was a stay-at-home Mom for several years. She has two sons, one in New Bern that is in banking and one in the Triangle that works for Honeywell.
She believes her years in the real estate market in Raleigh has prepared her to take excellent care of her clients. She goes above and beyond for her clients and consistently provides unparalleled service. Brenda has an extensive background in new construction. She has worked in general brokerage with buyers and sellers since 2010. In 2020 she was one of the top 10 agents at her company.

She has an extensive knowledge of neighborhoods, homes, and market knowledge that gives her an advantage in working with buyers and sellers.
