About Brendan

I’m Brendan Dalley. I’ve lived in St. George for over 40 years, and I’ve watched this community grow from a small desert town into one of the most desirable places in the country. That long view gives me context most people simply do not have.

I work alongside my wife, Gen, helping homeowners and investors make smart, strategic moves in Southern Utah real estate. We focus on positioning, negotiation, and marketing that creates leverage. When we walk into a property, we are not just looking at square footage. We are asking how to price it, present it, and structure it so our clients come out ahead.

I am also a licensed mortgage loan officer and have been for the past eight years. That perspective changes the conversation. I understand financing from the inside. I can spot issues early, structure cleaner deals, and help clients think through numbers with clarity instead of guesswork. In this market, that matters.

Before real estate, I spent years teaching and coaching students with learning and behavioral challenges. That experience shaped how I communicate. I learned to listen first. I learned that every person processes information differently. I learned how to stay steady when emotions run high. Those skills show up in every negotiation and every client conversation.

I earned my MBA and taught negotiation, communication, and human relations at Utah Tech University for over a decade. Real estate is not just about houses. It is about people, psychology, timing, and decision making. That has always been my lane.
