I can not begin to describe what an amazing experience I had working with Brent to find me a home in the Arizona demanding market. Brent Ballard helped me purchase an investment property and his expertise in this area was amazing. Brent ran sales comparisons to ensure that I was purchasing the property correctly, provided rental comparisons and gave me an estimated yearly Return On Investment (ROI) so i knew how much of an investment return that I could expect to receive from the property on a yearly basis. Mr. Ballard sold my brother's home in 3 days for more than the asking price. When we needed to move our mother into a nursing home, he sold her house in ONE DAY for more than the asking price. He met with us, professionally demonstrated how he would list the property, and we emptied it and cleaned it up and the results speak for themselves.

Brent sold my residence for $10k OVER the list price in less than 3 days (July 2020). He just sold my mother's home for $7k OVER list price in less than 3 days (January 2021). Brent promptly returns calls, emails, and text messages very professionally and with details you can understand. Brent Ballard would be the only realtor I would use for any future transactions.
