My husband and I worked alongside Brent during our first time home buying adventure and we are so glad we were referred to him!
Brent was very responsive, which for us, was a huge deal, as the market here in Florida is wild. His responsiveness and dedication to helping us get our first home made all the difference. He always answered our phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely manner, and scheduled our viewings diligently. What we also liked about working with Brent was how knowledgeable he was when it came to the process of home buying, and also how knowledgeable he was about properties overall, due to his background in construction as well. He was always really good at answering our millions of questions, very patient and thorough as he answered and always made sure my husband and I understood everything he was explaining. He always followed up when he said he would. He made the whole process easier for us, and fully guided us the whole time. We are so very thankful for everything he did for our family and for making our first time home buying experience less scary and intimidating for us. I will recommend him to everyone needing a helping hand in finding their new home!

Anybody that needs a real estate agent please use chuck. Not only is he caring but he is a class act. I drov him nuts and he still worked with me. Awesome Awesome Awesome. Please don’t go anywhere for a house buy or sell chuck is the man. You can really tell that he cares. I bought out of state and he handled everything CLASS ACT.
