Brent Montella is an exceptional Relator, but an even better person. He helped my wife and I with inspections and negotiations in purchasing our most recent home, even when we decided to go unrepresented without an agent. He also gifted us a rendering of our new home after closing. Again, he was not even representing us, just from the kindness of his heart.

We've rented with Sea Shore Realty for the past 2 years and can honestly say our experiences with Brent and his team are above standard compared to other places we've rented from. Experience was good enough that we chose Brent as our Realtor!

As a Landlord, Brent and his team always responded in a timely manner when necessary. Sent repairmen out as necessary. Provided courtesy calls when their staff needed to enter the property, like adding and replacing smoke alarms.

As a Realtor, Brent allowed us to take our time without feeling rushed. Does his home work on the property to answer questions during a walk through. Although he was not 'pushy' he knows when there is a connection between the buyer and a desired home. Did a great job helping us negotiate and ratifying a contract.

If you've been following the recent and current news, home buying is CRAZY!!! Where its taking 4 to 6 month for people to buy a home, if not quitting after that, it took us 2 MONTHS!

Whether you're looking for a realtor or your current one is not living up to your expectations, I highly recommend Brent Montella at SEA SHORE REALTY!!!

Brent was referred to us by a friend who had used his services to buy their home. We live in Florida and were looking to relocate to Virginia Beach. Brent was instrumental in helping us find a home. He always gave valuable insight to the areas around the homes we looked at.
As we were not able to physically see the homes we relied heavily on Brent video chatting, describing, and waking through the homes for us. He also was very accommodating, scheduling time for our parents to view multiple properties that we were interested in.
Overall he is an excellent realtor and helped us purchase our first home. I absolutely recommend Brent Montella if you are needing a realtor.
