About Brent

Brent has been licensed and active in the industry for fifteen years. The first ten years were based on multi-family development and sales. Based from the sales and marketing firm Amercian Invsco, out of Chicago, he was responsible for creating programs to offer investors to invest into Central Florida utilizing the developer’s pro-forma. He would then structure national and international sales and marketing programs to penetrate various markets of investment groups.
As the funding and market change in the industry occurred in 2008, Brent then concentrated on the sale and acquisitions of distressed commercial properties, while assisting in the disposition of bank assets. Eventually, he was associated with groups that established relationships with developer associations and court ordered receivership of communities to coordinate the sale and purchase of delinquent assets.
In 2015, Brent transitioned into specializing in commercial retail leasing and landlord representation for the firm Millenia Partners in Orlando. Since then, he has represented landlords with the acquisition, redevelopment, and leasing of their properties.
In the beginning of 2019, he shifted his focus to expand and encompass new territories, such as areas between Orlando and Tampa. In doing so, he joined the Century 21 Myers Realty Commercial Team. Here he focused his efforts other faucets of the industry based on the trends in the industry. Being that the market is heavy in industrial/office and land in the trade area, that is where he focuses much of his efforts while still much of his focus is on retail. He represents landlords and tenants with sales and leasing, each having their own wide range of logistical and specialized needs. He’s determined that the area provides a platform for distribution outlets and provides financial incentives for bringing businesses to the local community. Brent continues to have a presence in the Orlando retail market and plans to utilize those relationships to bring the concentrated efforts to the I-4 corridor between Orlando and Tampa.
