Bret Crino took on the daunting task of helping me to sell my house and simultaneously find me another house to purchase. Not only did Bret work around my time constraints, he made sure I was prepared with the tools needed to sell my house timely and meet my goals for the sale. During this hectic period, when other parties panicked, Bret kept his composure and kept the process moving. Much of his calmness can be attributed to his wealth of knowledge and having assessed the situation and carefully advising everyone of options. His communication and diligence is greatly appreciated as he managed the sale and still found me a home to buy. Bret went above and beyond assisting me with acquiring local county information and contacts for all the agencies involved in this process. Thanks to Bret, my experience with all the vendors and this dual sell/purchase process has been terrific. My house sold within a few weeks and the homes nearby are still available. Bret has been a real help to me , as I am a new real estate investor and he has given me advice that other agents did not provide. As a new investor, some of the questions I asked were clearly not the questions a seasoned investor would have asked. Nonetheless, Bret is patient and did not hesitate to assure me that my questions were relevant. I look forward to working with Bret in the future and in fact I plan on listing my mom's condo with him, due to his patience, professionalism and knowledge of the local real estate market.

This was my first home purchase and to say that I was overwhelmed in the beginning is an understatement! I had no idea where to even start, so Bret has been a godsend to me during every step of this process. From the moment I started working with him, Bret has taken the time to get to know me and exactly what I was looking for in a home. He was extremely respectful of my budget, as well as my concerns about buying in an area where my sons could remain in their current school zone. Bret painstakingly explained every process, even going as far as to answer my questions long after normal business hours. He knows his business. In fact, he had my must haves down to a science...I bought the third house we saw! From the very beginning I've felt that he's championed me. His expert advice has been invaluable. When I fell in love with my home, it wasn't enough to simply put in an offer. Bret called the selling agent and spoke to her personally, making sure my offer was submitted right away. He somehow knew how much it meant to me to have this home! When it came time to select a mortgage broker and a company to complete the home inspection, he was right there with a concise list of people from which to choose. I knew I was getting the best service for a reasonable price, because that's just Bret. Even after my offer was accepted, he never faltered and constantly stayed in touch regarding paperwork and deadlines, again explaining in detail if I still had questions. Absolutely nothing slipped through the cracks! It has been extremely reassuring having Bret in my corner. Buying a home is a life changing experience, one that I was initially very nervous about. Bret has gone above and beyond my expectations time after time and I'm forever grateful for his dedication and expertise.
