Bret did a fantastic job finding us our first home that we love! He was patient and willing to explain every part of the process to us first time buyers. He was incredibly quick to reply, and would be very flexible with scheduling showings. Although we were incredibly nervous and clueless about the process of buying a house, Bret constantly offered honest insights into every step from showing a property to negotiating an offer. Overall an incredibly professional, experienced, and personable realtor. Will definitely reach out again when we need to sell!

It is tough to put into words the overall pleasure it was working with Bret @ Urban Aire. As we approached a family situation of needing to sell our mother’s condo to cover her continuing care, there were 1,000 balls in the air … and a lot of trepidation on how to proceed, what is the best choice, WHO is the best choice, etc. Bret took the worry and the hassle out of the process ... from start to finish, we could not have been more pleased. Bret was always on point with his evaluation(s), his response times (whether phone/text/email), and his efforts to thoughtfully walk us through this time in our lives. He knew the area well, and he knew the market even better. Really, when you combine all of the above … Bret and the team at Urban Aire Realty get an A+++ from all of us. Thank you Bret, beer is on me next time I’m down there!!

Bret Derrickson is the best! He has been my Realtor for the last 10 years. Every time I work with him, he is thorough, professional and great to work with. He keeps me apprised about available appointments and always lets me know as soon as a new one comes on the market. Bret is honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other brokers in the Chicagoland area and being disappointed, I felt lucky to find him at Urban Aire Realty. I am thinking about selling my current home and buying a bigger one to accommodate my new family. I am sure Bret will take care of everything I need to make one of the most important decisions we all need to make in our lives.

Bret managed four of our units at River City Condominiums in the South Loop. He and his team did an excellent job at handling all aspects of managing the rentals. Bret was also flexible with tailoring his services to my needs. I tend to be more selective in my tenant selection and Bret was able to accommodate my selection criteria.
