Bret prides himself on going above and beyond his client’s expectations. His success is a combination of knowledge, expertise, and years of experience. Bret was born and raised in Richmond, KY. He is a Phi Delta Theta graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health. After graduating in 2002, Bret decided to make Myrtle Beach his new home and enjoying all that it offers.

Outside of Real Estate, Bret enjoys family time with his wife Brooke and to children Zoey & Kingston. He has also obtained several Designations and Certifications. As a result of his long-term career in Real Estate, Bret has acquired an understanding of local trends, pricing strategies, and negotiating skills that are unmatched by most other real estate professionals.
