A Colorado native Bret has lived in Northern Colorado all his life. Prior to becoming a
REALTOR® he worked grocery management for 36 years. During that time he worked with
people from all walks of life and learned the importance of providing top-notch customer
service while doing his best to cater to his clients’ needs. These are skills that he utilizes
presently in his real estate career. Bret is 100% dedicated to client satisfaction and works
hard to maximize his clients’ buying or selling power.

Bret is very knowledgeable about the front range areas from Denver to Fort Collins and
commutes to the East on the plains. His expertise is very broad, including but not limited too:
assisting in the purchasing/selling land/lots, new construction, custom builders, water rights,
estates, single family homes and more.
