He founded a successful Southern California brokerage specializing in infill and redevelopment properties and later joined RPRE to drive the firm’s growth across North Texas. Beyond real estate, Bret built a retail company generating over $100 million in annual revenue. Licensed in both California and Texas, he leverages his deep market expertise and network to deliver exceptional results for his clients. When he’s not working, Bret enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time with his family.
