Background
Brett D. Fugman started his commercial real estate career in 1989 in Newport Beach, CA with The Irvine Company. At The Irvine Company, Brett worked within the Office Properties Division and specifically on the Office Towers of Fashion Island. In 1991, Brett moved back to his home town of Fresno and began working for Scott, Lauritzen Mathias Commercial Real Estate specializing in Commercial Properties. In 1997, Brett began working at Fortune Associates within the Commercial Division. Over the last twelve years, Brett was exclusively involved in over 5,000,000 square feet of commercial space and sold over 45,000,000 of commercial property. In 2008, Brett successfully negotiated the largest industrial lease in Fresno for Electronic Recyclers of America. Brett has developed multi and single story office buildings, medical buildings, retail buildings, apartments and raw land. Additionally he specializes in exclusive tenant representation in the Western United States.
