Brett Smagala

I love where I live, and if anyone ever asks where I want to retire, I tell them right here! My family lives 10 miles above Clemson University in the town of Six Mile. Kimberly, my wife, is the Executive Director of the Pickens Chamber of Commerce.

We have 2 children, Nola and Stone, and a dog named Pongo. We live on 20 acres with a small river running through it, we spend the majority of our free time exploring and playing in all the wonderful nature that is the Upstate.

After graduating with a degree in Accounting I went immediately into Real Estate Consulting. Partnering with Pat Loftis has led me to sustained success.
In 2016-2017 my team was able to help over 100 families sell, buy and invest in the American dream.

My mission is to build trust with you and your family. I have created a top tier network that includes Builders, Lenders, Attorneys, and loyal past clients that live throughout the upstate. They feel comfortable calling on me whenever they consider making a Real Estate decision and I am truly appreciative.
