He navigates Manhattan in a car more adept than most taxi drivers, always one step ahead, taking into consideration every possible traffic street layout nuance. He applies the same methodological grit when working with his clients looking for a new home, juggling their lifestyle property criteria anticipating their future needs that might not be immediately self-evident.

While an excellent property hunter, Brian’s most sought after quality is his softer, visionary side. His creative spatial skills developed as a child, working on construction projects with his dad, a custom cabinetmaker. He later worked with his father planning installing Ohio-built custom cabinets in Manhattan, from Greenwich Village to the Upper West Side. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about New York kitchens because he’s designed installed many himself.
