Can't say enough great things about Brian. He was patient with us during our home hunting process - our neurosis and "change of minds" as we considered many different homes. Brian was super helpful in finding our new home in Nashville, TN. During the peak of the housing market he was able to get us around so many houses in order to truly find what we wanted. And when it came time to submitting offers and finalizing a deal he was there every step of the way to make sure things went smoothly. Brian Cournoyer! Best of the best. We got introduced in 2020 through a mutual friend and he quickly went above and beyond in helping our family move cross-country, which can be very intimidating. He answered every question, addressed every concern, gave sound guidance, and never made us feel like an inconvenience...(though i'm sure we were at times. LOL). I would highly recommend working with Brian and his team. And I have! Many times to family and friends. You have to find the person that works best for you, but in my opinion partnering with BC is an easy "yes."

Brian was an excellent agent. We used him as our buyer agent for a relocation move. He was always available when my wife or I needed to communicate with him, by either answering the call or getting back to us shortly after.

When we came in town to do a one-day buying mission, Brian was more than willing to see the 15 houses we had chosen to view. When we finished viewing all of the houses, we sat in a park in one of the neighborhoods and Brian helped us work through the houses we had seen. We were able to make a decision at the park bench and were confident with Brian's help and direction it was the right one.

We are still living in the house we purchased with Brian and we have no regrets. If you are looking for an agent with experience and fun to work with, then Brian is your guy!

"Brian is the consummate professional real estate agent. Our expectations were more than exceeded with Brian's pursuit to achieve the sale of our home. I have a background in real estate appraisal, have sold seven homes previously, and found it a challenge to find someone who had the experience to work with us.

Since we know many good local real estate agents, we had the privilege of choosing from a select group of Middle Tennessee real estate brokers. Brian met all of our selection criteria.

Brian is extremely trustworthy, honest and a man of his word. His greatest personal attribute is integrity. He does what he says he will do and is lightning quick when it comes to responsiveness. Even in the early hours of the morning, he was available for us when we needed to get support before the work day began!

Brian possesses incredible communication skills. He is capable of interacting with everyone in an amazingly positive way. He is fun to be around and always puts others first. Never boasting about himself, he truly cared about our needs and how he could serve us better.

Before we selected Brian, he completed the most comprehensive real estate market analysis of any professional agent we interviewed. We had a very unique property that warranted careful consideration for different features that most agents were overlooking. Brian recognized the hidden value in our home and created a marketing plan to exploit those features and benefits that ultimately resulted in appealing to just the right buyer.

Real estate knowledge and negotiation skills are two of the most important factors to consider when choosing an agent.
