Brian Furer is founder and President of VIP Real Estate in Colorado and Florida. VIP Real Estate is a boutique brokerage headquartered in Denver, Colorado, and encompasses all forms of real estate: entry-level through luxury residential, investment, as well as commercial. Brian also serves as the employing broker for Colorado, and owner of VIP Real Estate Development. In addition to his administrative and leadership roles within the firm, Brian still enjoys selling luxury, commercial and investment grade real estate.
A Colorado native, Brian Furer started in leasing and worked his way up to regional property manager before assuming the position of Vice President where he was involved in the development of that company’s largest asset, a 254-unit apartment community. From there, Brian went into mortgage, and due to his previous operational experience, become the Vice President of the mortgage company as well.
In 2005, he became licensed in real estate in Florida and Colorado, working out of Fortune International Realty in Miami, Florida. A year later, he returned to Denver to focus on real estate and became the managing broker of a real estate firm in 2010. In 2012, he founded the first branch of what will eventually become the “VIP Family of Companies”. Today, VIP Real Estate has offices in Denver, Miami, Colorado Springs, and Aspen, with coverage encompassing nearly all of Colorado and South Florida – with more cities and states coming soon.
Brian enjoys investing, flipping houses, repositioning apartment buildings and building new construction which is not only a passion but a creative outlet for his edgy design styles. He also enjoys performance cars and racing, bodybuilding, cultural events and world travel. When asked if he has children, he smiles and says…. “My company is my baby”.
