About Brian
Having grown up watching his father, a real estate agent, navigate decades of market volatility, real estate was a natural fit for Brian. There is a psychology in the business of real estate and Brian understands that it is not just business, it is personal. Because of this, Brian is constantly educating himself and using all the most current tools available to him to assist his clients in every aspect of the transaction, whether buying, selling, or both.
Continuing education is massively important to Brian as the lessons learned to offer essential tools to his clients and lead to success for both clients and agents. A forever student, Brian has employed the lessons, conventions, and seminars from his brokerage, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Tony Robbins, and Mike Ferry. This dedication to his craft has proved successful as Brian has gained recognition for relentlessly championing his clients' interests earning the prestigious place of being in the Top 1% of all Coldwell Banker Agents, internationally. Brian has repeatedly earned the International Presidents Premier Award for the last nine consecutive years, as well as being awarded the Best Dad Award in 2015-present
The real estate market is ever-changing and even the slightest shifts can affect buyers and sellers. Brian has his finger on the pulse of the market and his diligence and insight into the market come with great benefit to his clients. All of this motivates Brian to continue educating himself and striving to be the best in the industry.
When not in the office or with buyers and sellers, Brian spends his time with his family including his wife Allison and their children Carter and Cora as well as their bulldog Duncan. Brian is a huge Boston sports fan, enjoys golfing and playing men's hockey and of course, coaching his kids on the fields and rink. Naturally, Brian also has a penchant for interior and architectural design which both tie in well with his love of real estate.
