Brian Goldberg acted as our broker for a home we recently acquired. Brian patiently showed us a significant number of homes until we found one with all the attributes we wanted that all our family members agreed on. Once our family decided to purchase our new home Brian effectively negotiated the terms of the transaction, helped us select all the consultants we needed to timely remove the contingencies for the sale and, most importantly, worked hand in hand with all the other professionals involved in this transaction and closed escrow on time. Brian gets a 5 star rating from us for his professional and effective representation of our family in the acquisition of our new home.

Brian represented us on the purchase of our new Malibu home. Since we were living in San Francisco, Brian initially did a FaceTime walkthrough not only of the gorgeous house, but of the La Costa Beach Club and Tennis Courts as well, since he and his family are also members. It was literally love at first sight, and we couldn’t wait to fly down and see the property in person. We were initially concerned about the vacant lot next door and having construction there that might eventually impact our view, so Brian was able to negotiate a deal for us to purchase that property as well. Brian was there 24/7 to answer any questions we had, and took care of anything we needed along the way. His knowledge of Malibu and the home buying process is unparalleled. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy a home in Malibu.

If you are looking to buy or sell in Malibu, there is no one that knows more about the lifestyle and knowledge of everything Malibu has to offer than Brian. He clearly takes pride in his work, and was able to negotiate a great price for our house and sell it in a short period of time. He always answers his phone and quickly responds to texts and emails and finds solutions to any issues that inevitably come up. His knowledge of the selling process made us feel comfortable that we were in good hands and that someone was always looking out for our best interests. He provided the data and information we needed to make informed decisions, and guided us without being “pushy”. We really appreciate his approach, and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home in Malibu.
