About Brian

Brian Griffin is a Senior Associate Partner with LHspaces at Compass. With more than a decade of experience in real estate, Brian has completed more than 150 transactions, representing over $200 million in deals closed. Above everything, Brian prioritizes relationship-building with his clients. "Open and honest communication is paramount," Brian says. "If we do one deal, we will do more. Brian is dedicated to giving back to the Los Angeles community outside the real estate. Six years ago, he founded Align LA, a network that connects volunteers with non-profits and community service opportunities. He serves on the board for Imerman's Angels, a counseling organization dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by cancer. An avid surfer, he also volunteers with Life Rolls On, which exposes wheelchair athletes to surfing. He is also a swimmer, runner, and triathlete. Brian is a Bay Area native, attended college at St. Mary's in Los Angeles, and now lives in Venice.
