I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a new home. We were first time home buyers, and Brian made the process so easy. He took his time to make sure that we found the perfect house for us. He’s incredibly responsive and made the home buying process less daunting. We couldn’t be happier with our new home!

We loved working with Brian on the purchase of our new home. He was extremely responsive to any of the questions that arose during the process and was available on short notice when we wanted to move forward on a property. When we experienced some unique circumstances with the seller, Brian was there through the whole process and provided timely follow up. He provides a calm demeanor in what can be a stressful time. We would recommend Brian to anyone and would work with him again in the future!

Brian is an outstanding Agent to work with! Foremost, he showed a sincere interest and understanding of our needs and long-term goals. He had a low-pressure, honest approach and at no point tried to sell us on houses that weren’t right for us. These are things I appreciated greatly.

Additionally, he shared insight on the overall process which was extremely helpful when preparing for purchase and closing. He also provided notes to define the purpose of each document we were asked to sign. All around great person to work with and I will definitely use him for future home sales or purchases.

Working with Brian was a wonderful experience. Being a first-time home buyer, the whole process felt a little overwhelming, but Brian was able to streamline everything so I didn't have to worry about it. He helped with getting us listings to review, then lined up visits to those properties within hours for the properties we were interested in learning more about. He was very flexible and able to work with my and my wife's work schedules for lining up property visits. He made himself very available by phone or email and was very easy to communicate with. He fielded any of my questions and gave his input, or was able to reach out to whoever he needed to to get me additional information. He was also very candid during the whole process -- he wasn't just there to make the sale or push us into something we had questions about. When we were looking at properties, he helped identify unique / positive aspects of each place, but also possible points of concern that could become issues down the road. When we found the house we wanted, he kept me informed the whole time about what was happening and what communications with the seller were. He was timely with getting me any necessary paperwork, and walked me through all of the forms I was signing and what they were. I would highly recommend working with Brian, and will be doing so in the future for any of my own buying/selling needs.
