Brian Hayes

Brian Hayes is a real estate agent that you'd like to know. He is a Washington native and has lived here his whole life. He is a Realtor and investor with an extensive background in remodeling, construction, and finance.

Brian graduated from Central Washington University in 2008 with a degree in accounting. He worked throughout high school and college for custom home builders and remodel companies to help pay for college. After graduating, he worked as an accountant for 9 years in public and private accounting. During his career in accounting, he was involved in many different investment properties deals. His passion for real estate and remodeling guided him towards his destined career as a real estate broker. His approach is to consult with sellers on cost-beneficial renovations to maximize total net proceeds received. He leverages his construction background and networks to help sellers renovate their homes within budget, on-time, and with great quality. He also helps buyers look at homes as an investment as well as a place to live. He is able to see the potential in properties and guide his clients towards making a wise investment.

Brian lives in Issaquah with his lovely wife and 7-year-old Yellow Labrador Retriever. In his free time, he enjoys remodeling his own home, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and taking vacations with his wife.
