There are realtors and then there are great realtors. Brian Hilgen is the latter. Brian has been a great help to us all along the selling process and helping us in locating a new home. He has gone out of his way to accommodate us and always returns our calls. Also, he is sensitive to our needs and shows much sensitivity and compassion. He referred an excellent moving company to us that did a superior job relocating all our belongings. Brian is not only our realtor, but also a good friend. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

Brian Hilgen was really amazing during our entire process. We had a mortgage broker that was not the best at communicating with everyone and Brian took over the entire situation for us and was able to communicate with all parties involved to get things going more smoothly. He went above and beyond even though that is not part of his job description imo. He listened really intently to our needs for a house and showed us houses that all met our criteria and stayed under budget. 10/10 would recommend and we will use him again in the future.

Brian was our realtor back in 2014 when we were buying our first home. We had no idea what we were doing, where we wanted to live, or what to look for as first time homeowners. His professionalism and expertise helped us find the perfect home for us. He was attentive, very detail oriented, and incredibly personable. He helped us with everything from finding the home, to finding an inspector, to getting a loan. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and credit all of it to Brian.

When it came time to upgrade and buy our forever home, we didn’t hesitate to reach back out to Brian. With his amazing connections he was able to show us homes before they hit the market, which is how we ended up finding our dream home. Once again he exceeded all of our expectations in both buying and selling. It was a smooth process and we were very grateful to have him there to help along the way.

Brian is definitely the person you want to be using when buying or selling a house. Between his professionalism, his years of experience, and his personable attitude you will definitely end up in your dream home within budget. If everyone had half of his personality and business ethics, the real estate world would be a better place. There would be no distrust or unprofessionalism.
